On May 20, MODEC – a Japanese multinational operating in the oil and gas sector – opened registrations for its 2021 Internship Program. The vacancies will be for Brazilian students who are expected to graduate by December 2022 or July 2023 and who are pursuing degrees in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, and related areas. The opportunities are for Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Macaé (RJ), and Santos (SP).

At the end of the internship, the goal is for students to be ready to participate in the company’s internal selection processes for Onshore or Offshore entry-level (Jr) positions.
Applications will be open until June 11 on the company’s Recruitment Portal. The entire selection process will be conducted online, with tests, group dynamics, and interviews with managers.
The hiring of interns is expected for August 2021, with activities in a home office regime until in-person activities normalize. Among the prerequisites are fluent English, advanced knowledge of the Office Suite, and availability of 30 hours per week for the internship.
