MRS, a logistics operator that manages a rail network of 1.643 km in the states of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, has job vacancies for electrical maintenance, operator technician and track technician for Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro. Almost 20% of all that Brazil exports and a third of all cargo transported by train in the country passes through MRS rails.

Electrician Maintainer

Location: Conselheiro Lafaiete, Minas Gerais

Registration: until 21/06

Requirements: Complete High School + Professional Course in Industrial Electricity; + Desirable CNH Category B – Minimum 03 Years;

Important Knowledge: Maintenance of electrical systems, office package and good computer skills.

Important Experiences: Maintenance of electrical systems, projects and delivery of reports using the computer and maintenance of heavy machinery.

The Position: Responsible for preparing maintenance execution reports, support with the area specialist in surveying tests and measurements, as well as preparing and executing action plans to correct asset maintenance deviations.

Road Technician (Quatis)

Location: Quatis, Rio de Janeiro

Requirements: Technical Education in Buildings, Roads, Railways or Surveying; + CNH Category B (Minimum 03 years old).

Important Knowledge: Technical knowledge in maintenance and construction of permanent way; Office pack.

Important Experiences: Experience in track maintenance.

The Position: The position of permanent way technician is responsible for carrying out inspections on the assets/components of the permanent way, (AMVs, rails, sleepers, fastenings), prioritizing corrective activities, planning the annual maintenance plan together with engineering, leading teams maintenance, conduct training for maintenance teams, carry out weekly planning of activities, check the quality of services performed by outsourced teams, carry out failure analysis together with other technicians, carry out inspections with equipment for measuring track parameters, monitor actions related to the track permanent.

Track Operator Operator Technician

Location: Conselheiro Lafaiete, Minas Gerais

Registration: until 21/06

Requirements: Technical Education in Buildings, Roads, Railways, Mechanics, Electrics, Electronics; + CNH Category B – Minimum 03 Years; + Desirable CNH Category D – Minimum 03 years old;

Important Knowledge: Maintenance of heavy equipment, industrial, hydraulic, electrical, electronics.

Important Experiences: Industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic) and railway (rolling stock).

The Position: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance according to maintenance procedures for geometric correction machines. In addition to supporting the operation in operational routines. Execution of corrective and preventive maintenance on earthmoving machines and line trucks.
