Many Opportunities for Offshore Professionals. The Positions Were Announced This Tuesday Afternoon, July 23!

Zarpa Crew Group announced through its official news outlet this Tuesday, July 23, offshore positions in various roles to join its crew register for its clients. The announced positions are for maritime professionals specialized in the roles of Engine Room Crew, Water Jet Operator, Platform Pumpman, Mechanic Operator, and Offshore Mechanic. All details about the positions will follow.

Zarpa Serviços Marítimos is comprised of professionals with over 40 years of experience, headquartered in the city of Rio de Janeiro, close to offshore promotion areas and activities related to Pre-Salt, facing the main oil fields located between the northern Campos Basin to the southern Santos Basin, from Alto Vitória (Espírito Santo) to Alto de Florianópolis (Santa Catarina), encompassing the entire oil and gas reserve.

Water Jet Operator

Requirements

  • Education: Mechanical Technician with active CREA;
  • Experience in the role;
  • Advanced English;
  • CBSP/T-HUET; NR 33/NR 35
  • Water Jet Operator certificate (LEMASA).

Engine Room Crew – Platforms

Requirements

  • CIR – Engine Room Crew Category
  • Maritime certificates up to date
  • NR 35/NR 33
  • CBSP/T-HUET;
  • Desired experience on platforms

Platform Pumpman

Requirements

  • CIR in the CDM category
  • Experience in the role on platforms or oil tankers
  • Desired intermediate English
  • CBSP/HUET
  • NR 33/NR 35
  • EBCP; CESS; EFNT; CACI

Mechanic Operator

Requirements

  • CIR – Machine Operator Category
  • Maritime certificates up to date
  • NR 35/NR 33
  • CBSP/T-HUET;
  • Desired experience on platforms

Offshore Mechanic

Requirements

  • Basic Fire Fighting (STCW A-VI/1-2) or Fire Team Member or OERTM (OPITO)
  • EMCIA/CBSP/HUET
  • Security Awareness for Sea Farers and Non-Sea-Farers STCW AVI/6
  • NR 13/33 16h
  • Rigging and Slinging – NR34
  • Pressure Vessel Safety Training – NR13 (ANNEX I-B)
