The professional will also provide support in quarterly reports for headquarters in France, using HFM and PBCS, perform invoice entries in the ERP, register contracts and amendments in the compliance process, as well as systematizing supplier configurations and organizing digital files in SharePoint.

Requirements Required by Voltalia: Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Administration or related areas, as well as having intermediate English, with an advanced level being a differential. Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities: Verification, entry, and monitoring of expenses in the ERP system, such as invoices, bills, tax guides, purchase requests, reimbursements, and general payments.
The professional will support personnel administration processes, such as admissions, dismissals, vacations, and occupational medicine, in addition to participating in the separation and sending of documentation for audits, inspections, and labor processes.
