Cheapest Car In Brazil Outshines Giants Like Volkswagen And Toyota. With a Competitive Price And New Features, This Offer Promises To Shake The Market.

In the Brazilian automotive scene, where names like Volkswagen, Toyota, and Honda dominate popular imagination, a new player is emerging, challenging expectations and surprising even the most skeptical.

If you are looking for the cheapest new car in Brazil, it’s time to forget the giants and focus on a brand that often goes unnoticed but now offers an irresistible proposal.

Citroen is running an unmissable promotion that promises to turn heads of consumers, especially those who traditionally turn to models like the Fiat Mobi and the Renault Kwid.

According to the French automaker, until September 5th, the Citroen C3 Live Plus 1.0 MT, model year 2024, is being sold for R$ 69,990, a discount of R$ 6,900 from the list price, which is R$ 76,890.

This offer places the C3 as the cheapest vehicle in the Brazilian market, a position that once belonged to models from the mentioned brands.

What Makes The C3 Stand Out?

Although it doesn’t carry the weight of brands like Toyota, Honda, and Volkswagen, the Citroen C3 does not fall short in terms of specifications.

The Live Plus 1.0 MT version comes standard with essential items such as hill start assist, air conditioning, electric steering, tire pressure monitor, and electric front windows.

The 15-inch wheels, combined with external details like unpainted mirrors and door handles, give the model a practical and accessible look.

Under the hood, the 1.0 aspirated Firefly 3-cylinder flex engine, borrowed from Fiat, delivers 71/75 horsepower and 10/10.7 kgfm of torque, depending on the fuel used.

The 5-speed manual transmission, combined with a consumption rate of 12.9 km/l in the city and 14.1 km/l on the highway with gasoline, or 9.3 km/l in the city and 10 km/l on the highway with ethanol, ensures an energy efficiency that should not be underestimated.

Facilitated Financing To Close The Deal

Citroen is also offering very attractive financing conditions for those looking to acquire the C3.

According to the conditions offered by Stellantis Financing, the model can be acquired with a down payment of R$ 34,995, followed by 36 installments of R$ 1,296, with the first payment due in 30 days.

The interest rate applied is 0.99% per month and 12.55% per year, resulting in a total financed amount of R$ 81,674.06. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to enter the automobile market without overly straining their budget.

News In The 2025 Line

In July 2024, Citroen launched the 2025 line of the C3, bringing small but significant improvements to the standard equipment.

Now, all versions of the C3, including the Live Plus, come with a key type knife, something that not even the top-of-the-line model, the C3 Aircross, previously offered.

Additionally, the optional Plus package, which cost an additional R$ 1,000 and included a defroster, washer, and rear wiper, as well as a sound system with Mopar Bluetooth connectivity, now comes standard on the base version.

These updates make the C3 an even more attractive option, especially for those who have been eyeing traditional brands like Volkswagen and Toyota, but can now consider an equally reliable alternative at a much more accessible price.
