However, the president emphasized that the authorized number does not meet the growing demands of the institute, which faced a 15-year gap without competitions, resulting in a significant reduction in staff.

The path to the realization of the higher level IPEA competition gains even more strength with the contract already signed between the institute and the organizing agency. Since November 10, the Cesgranrio Foundation is officially responsible for conducting the selection process. This crucial step signals the seriousness of the competition and strengthens the expectations of candidates who are eagerly awaiting the publication of the announcement.

Recalling the last IPEA competition, held in 2008, the selection offered 80 vacancies for higher level positions, highlighting the institute’s tradition in promoting competitions of great relevance. With competitive salaries, the positions provided in the announcement included system analyst, development and administration technician, and planning and research technician.

The stages of the selection process for higher level involved objective, essay, practical, oral tests, and title analysis, with a total of 120 questions covering basic and specific knowledge.
