Controlled by the Spanish group Iberdrola, it operates in 16 states and is an integrated energy company, working in the Generation, Transmission, Distribution, and Commercialization segments. Commercial Analyst

Main Activities: Preparing performance reports on the collection of the Neoenergia group’s distributors; Managing departmental objectives; Participating in the development and monitoring of action plans to achieve business objectives; Analyzing and planning the flow of activities and processes in the area; Interfacing with areas responsible for customer service, finance, Neoenergia Communication; Negotiating with Collection Agents and new means/channels of collection.

Required Qualifications: Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; Knowledge of SAP R3; Completed higher education; Holding a Junior Analyst position or similar.

Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of programming; Knowledge of SQL; Intermediate Spanish; Intermediate English.

Maintenance Manager

Main Activities: Managing the transmission assets of the Neoenergia group (49 substations and 5,400 km of transmission lines), which includes managing the maintenance team, executing the annual maintenance plan for transmission, organizing, cleaning, and conserving the facilities and substations, maintaining and cleaning the right-of-way of transmission lines, managing contracts, managing outsourced services, renewing licenses, and paying fees (CREA, IPTU, AVCB, permits, and others associated), managing local operational activities, administration, Environment, and Health and Safety at Work.

Required Qualifications: Completed higher education in Electrical Engineering; Proven experience in team management; Proven experience in managing transmission assets (substations and transmission lines); Intermediate English and Spanish; Category B driver’s license.
