Voted Nineteen Times in a Row in the “Dream Company” Ranking, Nestlé Hires Candidates Without Experience for 2024 Trainee Positions

Are you looking for your first job? Participate in the selection process scheduled to start in January 2024, opened by Nestlé – the largest food and beverage company in the world and voted nineteen times in a row in the “Dream Company” ranking. The positions aim to hire recent graduates for various areas in the company. Submit your resume!

With the aim of promoting inclusion, the company seeks diverse talents who are willing to grow alongside the organization. Therefore, as in previous years, the initiative is open to candidates from all over Brazil.

The development program will last two years. During this period, the trainee will undergo training in emotional intelligence, mental health, nutrition tips, and quality of life, among other topics.

“The desire to build new solutions, along with soft skills such as innovation, ownership mentality, collaboration, creativity, and other skills, are increasingly valued by the company, which seeks people truly capable of promoting significant transformation in its business, with real impacts. About the Benefits and Requirements to Apply for Nestlé Trainee Job Openings 2024

To apply for job openings, candidates must have a higher education degree with up to two years of completion in degree programs or technical courses. Additionally, the company is looking for professionals who are available to relocate and travel frequently. Submit your resume!
