New Offshore Job Openings for Maintenance Shutdown Today, August 8

Aker Solutions Updates Its Offshore Job Openings This Thursday, August 8, for Maintenance Shutdown Work

Aker Solutions in partnership with CSE announced today, August 8, offshore positions for high school graduates through its official news vehicle. The opportunities available today by the company are for the positions of Electrical Technician N1 and Instrumentation Technician N1.

The opportunities are to fulfill a shutdown contract on an oil platform. Aker Solutions does not disclose in the announcement the duration of the services. If you are a specialized professional in the role, check the requirements below.

Instrumentation Technician N1

Requirements: Technical high school in Instrumentation; Active CFT; CBSP, CLP, and NR10; Desired 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: Preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in pneumatic, electrical, and electronic instrumentation; Disassembly and assembly of tubing and instrumentation accessories, pressure instruments, level, flow, temperature, fire, gas, smoke, measurement, vibration, displacements; Adjustments of control and safety valves; Industrial climbing techniques and rope access.

Electrical Technician N1

Requirements: Technical high school in Instrumentation; Active CFT; CBSP, CLP, and NR10; Desired 1 year of experience.
