Opportunity for Engineering Specialists
The Product Specialist Engineer II position is targeted at professionals with a degree in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering, advanced English, and proven experience in the development and certification of white goods products.
The professional will work on the technical development of new products, especially air conditioners, conducting performance tests, preparing technical reports, monitoring production, and promoting continuous improvements.
Main Responsibilities of the Job Position
Development of new products and quality control for Split air conditioners.
Conducting energy efficiency tests according to Inmetro Ordinance No. 269.
Preparation of acceptance criteria and technical reports.
Monitoring new products from Asian suppliers.
Technical support for product documentation and structuring.
Development of customer support materials.
Analysis of non-conformities and cost reduction projects.
After-sales service and support.

Knowledge of quality tools such as PDCA, Cause and Effect Diagram, 5S, 8D, and Brainstorming.
Good communication, dynamism, creativity, and adaptability.
