Project Manager

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Preferred Postgraduate or MBA and/or PMI; Fluent English; Preferred Intermediate Spanish; Previous knowledge in renewable energy.
Mission: The professional will be responsible for managing the wind farm area work, ensuring the progress of the works and constructions within agreed timelines and scope, prioritizing quality of work and always in line with Siemens Gamesa’s goals.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Will support and participate in the safety program within the construction/program area;
- Will be the Manager responsible for all necessary RFQs for the quotes in the projects to be executed;
- Responsible for managing the construction scope (including commissioning) within projects as per the signed contract, in order to support the program managers in the relevant phase;
Project Specialist Latam
São Paulo
Mission: The Project Specialist will be responsible for managing the wind farm transfer process between the Business Units (BU) Services and Onshore. Thus, the professional will apply the procedures established by SGRE in the Latin America region. The Project Specialist Latam will also be responsible for all management during the project preparation phase, providing support for the implementation of necessary processes or initiatives and ensuring operational success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Will drive the implementation of the SGRE PMO in the Onshore delivery process to Services;
- Will be the responsible person for the new implementation of the HO Protocol;
- Will support the coordination of the delivery process in LATAM (including Brazil);
- Will be the Support Service Operation;
- The Project Specialist will work together with the HO Manager to define the regional improvement project portfolio;
- Will prepare and track all improvement project KPIs;
- Will be the professional who manages and drives operational readiness of the team in Latin America;
- Will prepare reports for the Regional SteCo.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration; Postgraduate and/or MBA in Project Management; International Project Management Certification – PMP (PMI Institute); Fluent English; Preferred Spanish.
