Petrobras Informs That It Has Started the Disclosure Phase of the Opportunity (Teaser), Regarding the Full Sale of Its 93.7% Stake in Breitener Energética S.A.
Breitener Energética has two Thermoelectric Units (UTE), UTE Breitener Tambaqui S.A. and UTE Breitener Jaraqui S.A., located in Manaus, totaling 315 MW of installed capacity. The plants have a contracted capacity of 120 MW until 2025 with Amazonas Energia, the energy distributor of Amazonas, through an exclusive Power Purchase Agreement.

This disclosure is in line with Petrobras’s Divestment Systematic, which is aligned with the special asset divestment regime for federal mixed economy companies, as provided for in Decree 9,188/2017.
This operation is aligned with the optimization of the portfolio and the improvement of the company’s capital allocation, aiming to generate value for its shareholders.
