Internship in Mergers and Acquisitions, New Businesses, and Strategic Projects
This is a university internship position in the Mergers & Acquisitions, New Businesses, and Strategic Projects area at Braskem. The area is responsible for implementing the company’s strategic growth agenda, both for organic and inorganic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop economic-financial valuation models;
Prepare executive presentations;
Monitor petrochemical peers;
Gather assumptions from different interface areas and conduct critical evaluations;
Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenarios;
Perform stochastic analyses using Monte Carlo simulations;
Monitor Braskem’s portfolio.
Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in business administration, economics, or engineering;
Knowledge of financial mathematics and corporate finance;
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint;
Advanced English;
Basic Spanish (preferred);
Knowledge of statistics and econometrics (preferred).
