New Selection Process of the Carapicuíba City Hall is Open for Registration: Hundreds of Vacancies in the City Hall for Candidates Who Have From Incomplete Elementary to Higher Education. Know How to Participate!
Registrations for the Carapicuíba City Hall contest have been open since November 25th. In total, there are two announcements that sum up 147 vacancies in the City Hall to fill 20 positions at all educational levels. The selection process also reserves opportunities for people with disabilities (10 chances) and black and underprivileged individuals (13), already included in the total number of offers.

The Announcement No. 10/2024 of the City Hall contest offers 116 vacancies for 16 positions at all educational levels, with salaries ranging from R$ 1,412 to R$ 4,515.56. The opportunities in the city hall selection process are distributed as follows:
- Alfabetized level: artisan – lubricant washer (1);
- High school and/or technical course: basic development assistant (50), inspector (4), tax inspector (3), administrative officer (7), building technician (4), environmental technician (1), and surveyor (3);
- Complete elementary education: attendant (10) and guard (10);
- Higher education: architect (4), social worker (7), accountant (1), civil engineer (2), geographer (2), and psychologist (7).
The Announcement No. 11/2024 has 31 vacancies in the City Hall for four positions in elementary and high school, with salaries up to R$ 1,537.93. Among the options are:

- Incomplete elementary education: cook (20);
- Complete high school: civil defense agent (4) and traffic agent (2);
- Complete elementary education: driver with driver’s license category “D” or “E” (5).
How to Register for the City Hall Contest?
Registrations for the City Hall selection process will be accepted until December 27, 2024. The form will be available on the RBO Public Advisory and Municipal Projects website, the organizing institution of the selection process.
It is worth mentioning that, in addition to cases of cancellation, annulment of the contest at the City Hall, or duplicate payment of the same ticket, there will be no refund, partial or full of the amount paid, even if it is superior or duplicated, nor total exemption from the payment of the registration fee.
The registration fees range from:
- R$ 8 for alfabetized level;
- R$ 17 for elementary education;
- R$ 25 for high school and technical course;
- R$ 29 for higher education.
It is important to note that interested parties must be native or naturalized Brazilians, or foreigners with equal rights, be at least 18 years old, in the case of males, be up to date with Military Service, be voters, and be in good standing with Electoral Justice, have physical and mental fitness, and not have physical disabilities incompatible with the performance of the position, as proven by an inspection conducted by the designated Medical Service.
How the Tests of the City Hall Selection Process Will Be
All candidates will be evaluated through a multiple-choice objective test. For some vacancies in the City Hall, there will be a second stage, which is a practical test for cook, driver, and traffic agent, and a physical fitness test for civil defense agent.
It is worth mentioning that the first correction has already been released. It modifies the program content, the specific knowledge part, for the position of traffic agent. The municipality of Carapicuíba is located in the São Paulo Metropolitan Region, just 30 km from the capital.
The program content will cover subjects such as Portuguese Language, Mathematics, Specific Knowledge (except for artisan – lubricant washer). The exam will be held on the scheduled dates of January 26 and February 2, 2025, at locations and times to be determined in the announcement of the city hall selection process, to be published in a timely manner.
