Job Openings at the Multinational Alcoa, the Brazilian Leader in Bauxite and Aluminum Products, Are for Candidates Without Experience in Search of Their First Job.

The Internship Company, one of the main recruitment and selection players responsible for the development of talent attraction programs for over 300 companies, has just announced the launch of the Alcoa Internship and Trainee Program 2022, with 70 openings. Internship

Requirements: To participate in the internship process, candidates need to have graduation expected by December 2024. Openings in São Luis/MA, Poços de Caldas/MG, and São Paulo/SP.

Trainee

Requirements: For the trainee openings, there is no age restriction; previous experience is desirable and up to 4 years of graduation is essential. Additionally, it is necessary to have availability to work on-site. Openings in São Luis/MA and Juruti/PA.
