The announcement No. 01/2025, published in the Official Gazette, offers 11 immediate vacancies and a reserve list for candidates with high school, technical, and higher education qualifications.
The opportunities are part of the technical-administrative career in education and offer salaries ranging from R$ 2,483.52 to R$ 5,967.04, in addition to benefits such as a food allowance of R$ 1,000.00, supplementary health assistance, and transportation aid.
The federal institute confirmed that the exams will be held on February 15, 2026.

The objective test will be held on February 15, 2026, with 50 multiple-choice questions, distributed among the subjects:
Portuguese Language (10 questions);
Logical Reasoning (5 questions);
IT (5 questions);
Legislation (5 questions);
Specific Knowledge (25 questions).
The official answer key will be released on February 16, 2026, and the final result is expected on February 24, 2026. The public competition will be valid for two years, with the possibility of being extended for an equal period.

Founded in 1909, the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (Ifes) is the result of the merger of former technical and agricultural schools in the state.
The institution began as the School of Apprentice Artisans, under the government of Nilo Peçanha, and has become one of the most important centers of professional and technological education in the country.
