Requirements Required by CMOC: Technical Degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation.
Additionally, knowledge of maintenance planning and control, planning maintenance outages, intermediate knowledge of Office Suite, and experience with the Integrated Management System (SAP) in the PM and MM modules (planning and materials) are required.
The candidate must also have skills in preparing reports and presentations, as well as the ability to navigate between areas.
Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for conducting and monitoring routine planning activities and maintenance control for the unit.
His/her tasks include evaluating, planning, budgeting, and scheduling services for small maintenance outages, ensuring the availability of necessary resources, and preparing activity schedules. He/she must ensure the operational continuity of the unit, meeting deadlines and established costs.

Senior Tax Analyst
Requirements Required by CMOC: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Economics, Administration, or Accounting.
Knowledge of federal, state, and municipal Brazilian tax legislation is required, along with experience in tax planning and fiscal legislation concerning direct and indirect taxes.
Advanced skills in Office Suite, good interpersonal relationships, teamwork capability, proactivity, organization, and good communication are also essential.
Responsibilities: Evaluate the taxes due on the company’s operations, model tax structures for new operations, provide consulting for other CMOC departments on tax-related questions, monitor tax litigation, and ensure negative tax certificates.

Shift Leader
Requirements Required by CMOC: Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mining, or Production.
Specialization in Production Management and Quality is desirable, as well as intermediate English. A Green Belt certification will be considered a differential.
Additionally, solid experience with the operation of ore processing and production plant, encompassing stages such as grinding, desliming, magnetic separation, and flotation is required.
Responsibilities: Ensure the execution of plant operation activities during his/her shift, ensuring compliance with planned production with maximum safety and according to operational and safety procedures in force.
He/she will lead and technically instruct teams, distributing activities according to operational goals and ensuring training on area procedures.
