The People Management Analyst at Unimed will have a series of crucial responsibilities, including:

Analysis of Internal Demands: assess internal needs and identify market trends to promote continuous improvements.
Opinions and Improvements: prepare detailed reports and suggest improvements to compensation policies and benefits.
Guidance to Leaders: provide support to leaders in team management, career development, and administration of positions and salaries.

Requirements and Qualifications
