Rumo Logística, The Leading Railway Logistics Company In Brazil, Is Holding A New Selection Process With Hundreds Of Job Vacancies Available. There Are Positions Available With And Without Experience For The State Of São Paulo With Various Benefits.

Rumo Logística, the largest railway logistics operator in Brazil, is accepting applications for its selection process. In total, there are 100 job openings for candidates from Araraquara, Embu-Guaçu, Rio Claro, and Santos, in the state of São Paulo. Those interested in the positions without experience need only to have completed high school and be available to work in shifts and travel.

Rumo Logística is looking for candidates for its job openings who demonstrate proactivity, have a sense of commitment and organization, and potential to develop self-management of their activities.

Registration For The Selection Process Is Online

Interested? To participate in the selection process, candidates must fill out a digital form. The work regime is in-person under CLT hiring model. Those approved in the job openings will work under a 6X2 shift system from 7 AM to 3 PM / 3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM.

The selection process consists of application, resume analysis and salary expectations, interview with the Manager, interview with HR, medical examination, document submission, and hiring.

According to the Rumo’s Culture, Attraction, Diversity, and Employer Brand Manager, Tiago Proba, all approved candidates will receive a qualification course provided by the company. According to the manager, Rumo is seeking professionals who wish to work in the sector and invites the entire population to participate in the selection process of the largest railway company in Brazil.
