The Social Service of Industry (FIESC/SESI) has two job openings for the position of Support Technician in Systems – Mid-Level, offering a salary of R$ 4,006.86 and an indefinite contract. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to work in a prestigious institution, with the chance to work in the support and training of essential FIESC systems. The work will be conducted in person in Florianópolis, with a workload of 200 hours per month, distributed from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, according to the Vagas.SC website.

Requirements To Apply For The SESI Vacancies

To apply for this position, candidates must meet specific requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 6 months in user support for systems and customer service.
Education: Completed high school with ongoing higher education or technical training in Information Technology, or a completed qualification course in the area.
Others: Valid Class B driver’s license and availability for travel.

Selected candidates will be tasked with providing support for various management systems used by FIESC, such as Pacto, RealClinic, Vaccine Management (VacinaSESI), Prodent, and CRM. In addition to solving technical issues, the professional will be responsible for training users to use the systems efficiently, ensuring the continuity and improvement of internal processes.

Steps Of The SESI Selection Process

The SESI selection process will be divided into several stages, with well-defined deadlines. Check out the phases of the process:

Receipt of Resumes: From 11/05/2024 to 11/10/2024.
Important: Confirm your registration by the last day of collection.
Resume Analysis: Results will be announced on 11/12/2024 at 9 AM.
Cultural Fit and Competencies Test: Conducted from 11/12/2024 at 1 PM to 11/13/2024 at 1 PM. Results will be announced on 11/13/2024 at 3 PM.
Document Analysis: Submission of documents from 11/14/2024 at 8 AM to 11/18/2024 at 8 AM.
Practical Evaluation: Case Study will take place on 11/19/2024 at 10 AM. Interviews will be held on 11/22/2024 starting at 8:30 AM.
Final Result: Will be announced on 11/25/2024 at 2 PM.
