Santander Universities announced the opening of applications for the Santander Women | SW50 Leadership 2023 – LSE program. This project offers exclusive scholarships for Brazilian women, covering tuition, course costs, and accommodation.
The program is aimed at women in leadership positions who wish to enhance their skills through a free course offered by the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). 50 scholarships will be available for participation in online classes (Distance Learning), and then an opportunity for Brazilian candidates to compete for spots in an in-person immersion on the LSE campus in London.
Eligibility for the Program
The scholarships for the free course are for women of all ages who have advanced proficiency in English and hold high-level management positions, such as C-level roles or board members.

Global Networking and In-Person Learning of the Free Course
In addition to theoretical training, participants will join the SW50 community, a global network of women leaders across various fields, allowing for the exchange of experiences and strengthening of networking. Global finalists, selected from participants in different countries, will have the chance to experience in-person training with costs covered by Santander. Applications must be made on the website (sign up here) and will remain open until January 7, 2025.
The immersion includes learning from renowned professionals at LSE and interacting with other leaders in a culturally rich environment in London.
Stages and Local Event in Brazil
The 50 highest-rated Brazilian executives in the program will participate in an exclusive event in Brazil. After this stage, they will have the opportunity to compete in the international process for the 50 global spots for the in-person immersion on the LSE campus.
