There are more than 230 available positions in the states of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, Rio Grande do Sul, Pernambuco, Paraná, Goiás, and São Paulo.
Development and Complementary Training at Vivo
In the program, Vivo values practical learning in the workplace, providing a development track with job opportunities for participants to gain experience. Additionally, participants have access to a language school (Dexway) and to the learning platform for employees, Vivo Explore.
Requirements and Flexible Schedule for the Positions
To join the program and take advantage of the available positions to gain experience, it is necessary to be between 16 and 22 years old (no age limit for people with disabilities) and to be enrolled in regular education (elementary or high school) or to have already completed high school. No prior experience is required, as learning happens in practice. The working hours vary according to the location and field of activity, which can be 4 or 6 hours daily to make the most of the available positions and gain experience.
