Information Security Specialist – São Paulo, SP
The position is for work in person at the Avenida Paulista, 1313 – Cerqueira César headquarters, in São Paulo (SP), with a workload of 40 hours per week and CLT contract (indefinite or fixed-term). The professional will be responsible for ensuring the security and governance of identification, authentication, and authorization processes, protecting sensitive data. Their duties include designing and driving IAM (Identity and Access Management) and PAM solutions, managing permissions and privileges according to standards (LGPD, ISO 27001), and configuring multifactor authentication (MFA) and SSO (Single Sign-On). Additionally, they will need to create and review access matrices (SoD and RBAC), automate IAM processes (using PowerShell or Python), conduct periodic audits, provide technical and documentary support for internal/external audits, and keep up with new market trends to modernize the organization’s practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM, PAM, RBAC, ABAC, SoD) is required, with courses or certifications in IAM solutions from the manufacturer SEGURA being a plus. The expected profile includes behavioral skills (soft skills) such as assertive communication, systemic vision, adaptability to change, strategic thinking, time management, and results orientation. In terms of technical skills (hard skills), advanced knowledge of SEGURA solutions (senhasegura), IAM tools (Active Directory, Azure AD, AWS IAM), authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID), automation (PowerShell, Python), and knowledge of regulations such as LGPD, GDPR, and ISO 27001 are necessary. Intermediate English (for technical reading) is essential.
