SESI Selection Process
O selective process SESI Goiás will be divided into four rigorous stages to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.
1st Stage: Registration and curriculum analysis – Interested parties must register on the recruitment platform by the February 18, 2025. After the initial screening, only resumes that meet the minimum requirements will be selected for the next phase.
2nd Stage: Assessment with the manager – Candidates approved in the curriculum analysis will be called for a technical interview with the unit manager.
3rd Stage: Approval – Candidates approved in the interview will have their documents analyzed to ensure compliance with the vacancy requirements.
4th Stage: Hiring – After approval, those selected will receive the offer letter and proceed to formalize the employment contract.
SESI Goiás informs that, at the discretion of GERHC, the stages of the selection process can be adjusted, being able to include new assessments or suppress some phases as necessary.
Occupational Physician – Goiânia (GO)
The professional hired as Occupational Physician at SESI Goiás, he will be responsible for carrying out medical consultations, monitoring occupational exams and implementing preventive actions within the companies served by SESI.
The main duties of the position include:
- Assessment of workers' work capacity, considering the cognitive and emotional demands of the role.
- Carrying out occupational medical examinations, such as admissions, periodic, return to work and dismissals.
- Preparation and implementation of the Occupational Health and Medical Control Program (PCMSO).
- Promotion of educational campaigns and preventive actions related to occupational health.
- Acting as a first responder, providing first aid and referring patients when necessary.
- Recording and consolidation of statistical data, monitoring occupational health indicators.
- Participation in the preparation of technical reports and documents related to the medical field.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 08am to 12pm, totalizing 20 hours a week.

Job requirements
Complete Higher Education in Medicine.
Complete postgraduate degree in Occupational Medicine.
Active registration with CRM and RQE in Occupational Medicine.
Availability to work in person in Goiânia (GO).
Desirable differentials:
- Experience with administrative or judicial medical expertise.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) related to worker health.
- Skills with First aid e preparation of PCMSO.
- Basic knowledge of computers (Office Package).
