Smartcoat Is Looking for an Offshore Painter Professional With Experience in the Field

Smartcoat, a company recognized in the market for its onshore and offshore contracts, is starting a selection process for the position of Offshore Painter, aiming to meet its contracts. The company announced the vacancy on Thursday, May 16, through its human resources department.

Smartcoat is a company specialized in Surface Preparation and Painting Services for Offshore Platforms and Oil Ships, with its headquarters in Taubaté – SP and a branch in Macaé – RJ. Focused on offshore services, its main surface preparation process is hydroblasting, an activity that minimizes environmental damage as it does not require abrasives, generating only the waste removed from the surfaces.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CTPS
  • Valid CBSP certificate and card
  • Completed technical high school education
  • Active CFT
  • Experience in offshore work

Main Activities

  • Perform painting layout
  • Conduct field quantity measurement for planning preparation
  • Measure and quantify services to be executed, through measurement spreadsheets, units, and sketches for planning approval at the start of services, among others.
