Looking to Renew Its Workforce, Sotreq Finally Launched Its Internship Program for 2018

[supsystic-social-sharing id=’1′]Applications are now open for the 2018 Internship Program of Sotreq. Lasting two years, the positions are available for the following courses: Business Administration, Systems Analysis, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, and Telecommunications), International Relations, and Information Technology.

Candidates from the following locations can apply: Belém, Campo Grande, Canaã dos Carajás, Contagem, Fortaleza, Goiânia, Jaboatão dos Guararapes, São Paulo, Parauapebas, Porto Velho, Rio de Janeiro, São Gonçalo do Rio Abaixo, Uberlândia, and Vespasiano. The company offers a scholarship, meals, health insurance, transportation vouchers, and life insurance.

The prerequisites are: a degree expected to be completed by December 2019, intermediate English, Office suite knowledge, and availability for a 6-hour work shift internship. The selected candidates will take online courses focused on their development, participate in forums for sharing experiences/ideas, and create a final project based on a case study.

The selection process runs until November 30.

What Will the Industry Look Like in 2018?

It is a fact that in 2018 the industry will start to pick up again; the Comperj projects already have a list of defined positions and salaries and we already know which company will take over the UPGN projects. In the 14th round of oil auctions that took place on September 27, 2017, Petrobras and ExxonMobil acquired nearly 90% of the Campos Basin, aiming to revitalize mature fields and begin pre-salt research in the region. In summary: THERE IS A LOT OF STUFF TO HAPPEN! So hold on tight and specialize, because now we have many foreign companies in the country and with them, the machinery operates differently. I advise you to study the ENGLISH COURSE ON THIS WEBSITE, the learning is effective and very didactic, plus the price is quite accessible to everyone.
