Automotive Industry Leader, Stellantis Offers More Than 200 Internship Positions Across Brazil to Increase Representation of Black People, Women, LGBTQIAP+

The automotive industry leader, Stellantis, which owns brands such as Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot, Citroën, Ram, among others, is offering several positions and applications for the 2021 Internship Program. There are 200 available positions in Betim and eight other cities across the country.

According to Stellantis, the internship program aims to attract young talent and increase the representation of Black people, women, LGBTQIAP+, and people with disabilities within the company. Conducted in partnership with the consulting firm 99jobs, the selection process for the positions will be online, including group dynamics and interviews.

Marcela Sampaio, Manager of Attraction & Selection and Development at Stellantis for South America states: “We believe in the journey of knowledge and the potential of each individual to reinvent themselves, generating connection and engagement.”

Learn All the Details About the Internship Positions Offered by Stellantis

Starting in July, the internship will last for one year, with the possibility of extension for another year, with a workload of six hours per day. Stellantis’ internship program offers a scholarship, transportation, meals, life insurance, and assistance for sports practices or gym memberships. Applications can be made directly through the 99jobs platform.

Throughout the internship, students will participate in development tracks on various topics, such as career, diversity and inclusion, technical skills, change management, storytelling, innovation, among others.

The cities included in Stellantis’ internship program are: Brasília (DF); Belo Horizonte (MG); Betim (MG); Contagem (MG); Nova Lima (MG); Goiana (PE); Jaboatão (PE); Recife (PE); and São Paulo (SP).

How to Apply for the Internship Positions

Applications for the internship positions are open until April 4. To apply, interested candidates must be in their undergraduate studies, with an expected course completion date from July 2022 onwards.

Those eligible to apply for the positions are students pursuing degrees in Finance, Law, Business, Purchasing/Supply, Product Development, Design, Marketing, Quality, HR, Information Technology, Secretarial, Dealership Network Development, and Manufacturing.
