Junior Planning Analyst

Preferred (Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering) – Business Administration. English (conversation) will require meetings in English. In material planning in the oil and gas segment, knowledge in SAP, in the planning, material handling, supply, and logistics modules is necessary. Demand analyses will be requested in SAP, handling exception messages in SAP. Support the project planning team, teamwork, analysis of graphs and indicators, conducting problem meetings, Lean knowledge, Primavera (P6) knowledge (updating and reading).

Some of the activities: Analyze purchase demands as well as monitor order fulfillment to meet required dates. Monitor delivery to comply with deadlines. Execute material planning for stock and meet the assembly plan. Manage and monitor demand for replacement items. Analyze demands and propose solutions for problems arising from supply shortages. (Create, modify, and delete purchase requisitions) Monitor the performance and results of consumption and inventory planning indicators of KP.
