About the JOB

Job Title: Planning Technician (Specialized);

Number of Vacancies: 01

Minimum Prerequisites: Completed High School and completed Technical Education in Buildings, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or Ports with registration at CREA*;

Experience: Consistent experience in physical planning (preparation of schedules, progress curves, PERT-CPM networks), procurement planning, cost control, service measurement, preparation of cash flow, and control of services performed by companies providing services in maintenance areas.

Other Courses/Knowledge: Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Ms-Project), knowledge of Planning Techniques and Contract Administration.

Availability for travel.

Workload: 44 hours per week (subject to day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays).

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop the Analytical Structure of Projects (EAP) and the managerial account plan for the sector;
• Coordinate weekly follow-up meetings and alignment meetings with contracted companies;
• Coordinate the analysis of weekly schedules with a biweekly projection of the contractors;
• Coordinate the assessment of the availability of own resources and third parties to meet deadlines;
• Develop a specific action plan to meet deadline goals;
• Coordinate the preparation of a monthly report on the activities of the sector;
• Provide managerial information that allows stakeholders to have a complete understanding of the progression of services, any trends, deviations, and the taking of preventive and corrective actions;
• Prepare planning documentation for purchase requisitions;
• Participate in the technical analysis of proposals for the supply of materials, equipment, and services;
• Monthly prepare the disbursement projection of projects based on estimates and committed values;
• Provide managerial information that allows stakeholders to have a complete understanding of the current situation of the Contracts;
• Coordinate the measurements presented by the contractors, with the support of other sectors;
• Act in the inspection and compliance with obligations established in the Contracts, etc.

Work Location: Sesc Secondary School – Av. Ayrton Senna, 5,677 – Jacarepaguá – Rio de Janeiro – RJ.

Salary (gross): R$ 5,863.00 (five thousand eight hundred and sixty-three reais).
