Officially, Teekay Offshore Has Released Its Job Portfolio for Many Positions on Tankers and FPSOs.

Teekay Offshore has opened a hiring phase for various positions on its tankers. The professionals required by Teekay Offshore are mechanical drivers, deckhands, chief engineers I and II, department heads, foremen, sailors, lubricators, caterers, cooks, and waiters. It is mandatory that all individuals applying for the positions mentioned above must have all maritime documents up to date, have a good command of English and Portuguese, and have previous experience in maritime units on tankers or FPSOs.

With the production from the pre-salt fields in full swing and auctions for new exploratory blocks scheduled for the second half of 2017, Teekay’s goal is to remain in operation for at least 10 years in Brazil with projections to expand contracts as the production of these assets materializes. AT THE REQUEST OF TEEKAY, CANDIDATES MUST SUBMIT THEIR RESUMES IN THE CAREERS SECTION OF THE OFFICIAL SITE  https://teekay.com/sea-careers/

Pay close attention, as the application steps are all in English. The instructions are very clear, but if you do not have at least an intermediate level of the language, it may be a bit difficult to understand. Keep in mind that the selection process is global, so it is important to complete this step on a computer because some MENUS do not appear in the mobile version of the site, which may confuse the job applicant. Good luck to everyone.
