Direct Impact On Toyota Production
The decision affects the entire operation of Toyota in the country, as the Porto Feliz plant is responsible for producing the engines used in the vehicles assembled in Sorocaba and Indaiatuba.
The unions of the three plants are expected to review and vote on the proposal by next Monday, the 29th. Therefore, the agreement still depends on this approval to take effect.
