How Does The Selection Process Work At Senai?
The selection process for this position includes several carefully planned stages to ensure that the ideal candidate is selected. The first phase consists of receiving resumes, which should occur between September 10 and 16, 2024.
Candidates need to pay attention to the confirmation of registration, which will be sent automatically by email.
After this stage, there will be a resume analysis on September 17, with the results being announced on the same day. Those who are approved will go through a cultural fit and competency test, which will take place between September 18 and 19, with results available on the 19th.
The next stage involves a practical evaluation, scheduled for September 23, in which candidates will have to give a test lecture on the topic “Six Sigma – Concepts And History.”
This practical evaluation will take place in the evening and will serve as a definitive criterion for the selection of the professional. The final result will be announced on September 24, when the name of the new Teaching Specialist III at SENAI will be revealed.
