Course and Selection Details
The course offered is aimed at training in primary health care management within health networks and regions, a central theme to strengthen the Unified Health System (SUS).
The selected candidates will play a crucial role in developing the students’ knowledge, collaborating with mentors and pedagogical support teams.
According to the announcement published on December 17, 2024, the selection process includes two rigorous stages: document analysis and virtual interview.
The first stage evaluates supporting documents, such as diplomas and professional experiences, while the second assesses candidates’ creativity, argumentation, and potential contributions to the course.
The tutors will receive a monthly scholarship of R$ 2,500 for 13 months, covering the course and certification activities for the students.
This remuneration aims to attract qualified professionals, ensuring the high teaching standards required by Fiocruz.
Who Can Apply?
The minimum requirement for candidates is a degree in health-related fields. However, there are additional criteria that are decisive:
Certification of a lato sensu or stricto sensu postgraduate degree in Public Health or Collective Health.
Proven experience in managing health services and pedagogical or teaching activities.
Availability to dedicate 20 hours per week to course activities, which include classes, interactions with students, and ongoing training.
These requirements ensure that selected tutors have the technical and academic profile necessary to provide quality support to students.

Activities and Benefits
In addition to remote work, tutors will participate in in-person meetings in Brasília, with transportation and daily expenses covered by the project, except for residents of the Federal District.

The final result will be announced on February 19, 2025, when the 20 effective tutors and the 10 substitutes will be formally called.
