Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação e solicitar esclarecimentos sobre o processo de recrutamento e seleção da Eurofarma na cidade de Montes Claros – MG.

Tenho observado que diversas vagas estão sendo constantemente divulgadas em plataformas como Gupy, redes sociais (Instagram, WhatsApp e outras), mas, ao me candidatar, nunca recebo qualquer retorno, seja positivo ou negativo. Além disso, conheço pessoas que já trabalham na unidade e, ao entrarem em contato com o setor responsável, são informadas de que as vagas já foram preenchidas — mesmo enquanto continuam sendo amplamente divulgadas como abertas.

Outro ponto que chama atenção é o fato de que, segundo informações que obtive, estão sendo trazidas pessoas de outras unidades para ocupar essas vagas, o que reforça a impressão de que o processo seletivo local não é transparente.

Sou candidata PCD e já me inscrevi em várias oportunidades, incluindo vagas de Auxiliar Administrativo para Restaurante, Auxiliar de Produção PCD e Jovem Aprendiz (nesta última, inclusive, me candidatei juntamente com meu filho). Em todas elas, o retorno foi o mesmo: o setor de RH informa que as vagas já foram preenchidas, embora continuem sendo divulgadas publicamente.

Essa situação gera frustração e levanta dúvidas sobre a lisura do processo seletivo, dando a entender que as contratações são feitas por indicação (“QI – quem indica”) e não com base na análise justa dos candidatos inscritos.

Gostaria de solicitar uma resposta oficial,
bem como o contato do gestor ou responsável pelo recrutamento e seleção da
unidade de Montes Claros, para que eu
possa obter esclarecimentos sobre o andamento das vagas e sobre o cumprimento da cota de contratação de pessoas com deficiência, conforme determina a legislação.
