Tractian has launched the Sales Trainee Program 2026 focused on technical sales for industry, offering a starting salary of R$ 9,400 and unlimited commissions. The selection process is national and seeks recent graduates with an analytical profile and clear communication to translate factory floor problems into business solutions.

The company, founded in 2019, combines industrial sensors and software for predictive maintenance and asset management, and was recognized by Forbes AI 50 as one of the most promising private companies in AI.
