Administrative assistant

Requirements required by White Martins: Completed high school, with higher education completed or in progress in areas such as Logistics, Business Administration or Production Engineering being desirable. Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point is required, and familiarity with the SAP system is desirable.

Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for receiving and dispatching materials from the warehouse, attending to works, organizing the work environment and placing purchase orders. In addition, he will be responsible for receiving and issuing invoices, ensuring operational efficiency and the adequate flow of supplies.

Job Vacancy Location: Vinhedo, São Paulo.

Industrial and medicinal sales professional

Requirements required by White Martins: Complete higher education and category B driving license, with full availability for car travel. Previous experience in the industrial and medicinal gases market, both in the medical/hospital and industrial segments, is essential.

Responsibilities: The professional will assume the technical and commercial management of the customer portfolio, negotiation of contracts, active participation in pricing policies and development of strategic action plans. The objective is to guarantee sales volume and revenue, dynamically adapting to the market to achieve the goals established by the company.

Job Vacancy Location: Maceio Alagoas.

Junior accounting analyst 

Requirements required by White Martins: Completed higher education in Accounting Sciences and active registration with the CRC. In addition, solid knowledge of Excel and proficiency in Spanish and English are required. Previous experience in accounting analysis, IFRS/CPCs and USGAAP standards, accounting closing, analysis of balance sheet accounts and variations in income accounts are essential to carry out the responsibilities of the position.

Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for closing the accounts, making entries and detailed analyzes of balance sheet and income accounts. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing Financial Statements, as well as analyzing import and export processes and reviewing exchange rate variation calculations. The position requires a high level of accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.

Occupational safety technical intern

Requirements required by White Martins: Be studying Occupational Safety Technician, expected to graduate between July 2025 and December 2026. It is essential to have intermediate knowledge of the Office package and availability to intern for 30 hours a week in person.

Responsibilities: The intern will be responsible for carrying out work inspections with a focus on safety compliance, in addition to inspecting equipment in production areas. He will also participate in the integration of new employees, check documentation and assist in the preparation of control spreadsheets.
