The selection process for the PepsiCo Internship Program is inclusive, without regard to university, gender, race, age, and English. To participate in the process, the basic requirements are: to be a student in the penultimate or last year of higher education, graduating between January 2024 and January 2025, and to have availability to intern in the city of the position to which you applied, if selected.

During the internship period at the company, lasting 1 to 2 years, various training sessions will be provided to support your development and career at PepsiCo, with content ranging from self-awareness, project management, communication and influence, to strategic business topics.
