The Bauducco Institute, which recently opened a unit in Mogi das Cruzes, is accepting applications for its free baking course program. This is a unique opportunity for young people who want to enter the gastronomic sector with professional qualifications.
The course lasts five months and provides participants with a full experience, with practical and theoretical workshops. The professional qualification program seeks to train students so that they can pursue a successful career in the bakery industry. Students receive a scholarship, transportation vouchers, meals on site and a basic food basket, ensuring greater support throughout the learning process.
Who can participate?
To participate in the free course, you must meet some requirements: be between 18 and 21 years old, live in Mogi das Cruzes, have a per capita family income of up to half the minimum wage, and be available to attend classes from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 17 pm.

The Mogi das Cruzes campus will open two classes throughout the year, with classes scheduled for the periods from February to June and from August to December. All activities will take place from Monday to Friday, at the aforementioned times.

Baking: The workshop is a dynamic environment where participants can explore essential techniques, recipes and practices in the world of bread. The course load is approximately 170 hours.
Self-knowledge: Lasting around 120 hours, this workshop seeks to promote personal development, helping young people to recognize themselves and discover their potential for their professional and personal lives.
Undertaking: Focused on developing entrepreneurial skills, this workshop, lasting around 60 hours, encourages participants to plan their dreams and goals in a practical and motivating way.
World of Work: In a professional world that is constantly changing, this 32-hour workshop teaches how to conquer and maintain good opportunities in the job market, offering practical tips for professional growth.
Special Activities: In addition to the workshops, the program includes discussion groups, lectures, workshops, mentoring and technical visits, totaling around 60 hours dedicated to the sociocultural and professional development of students.
