NTS (Nova Transportadora do Sudeste S/A – NTS) is a company in the natural gas transportation sector in Brazil and has its internship program open for Rio de Janeiro. With a network spanning 2,048 kilometers, its system is centered around the southeastern network, connecting Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Minas Gerais.

The company is connected to the Brazil-Bolivia gas pipeline to the west, growing associated oil fields, and natural gas terminals to the east and south. It operates in the most industrialized region of Brazil under high standards of safety and reliability, transporting up to 158.2 MM m³ daily. Its structure was installed over the last ten years, and its headquarters is located in the Flamengo neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Assist in defining company goals / monitoring company goals;
Assist employees from all departments in defining, monitoring, and achieving their goals;
Prepare performance material for management;
Assist in defining/updating the company’s KPI (indicator) report;
Map area processes;
Maintain the system of normative documents;
Assist in controlling management contracts;
Assist the area with other diverse demands;

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Students in Engineering / Administration / Psychology with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2 years to graduation;
Desirable to have participated in a Junior Company, Scientific Initiation, and/or Extension Projects;
Availability to intern 6 hours/day in Flamengo/RJ;
Intermediate / advanced English;
Advanced knowledge of Excel;
Knowledge of VBA (will be a differential);
Proactivity and willingness to learn;
Passion for what you do;
Analytical thinking;
Good interpersonal relationships;
