The Petrobras Scholarship Has More Than 900 Positions for Technical Professionals.

Petrobras is closing registrations for its technical scholarship on Wednesday, offering 916 positions in various cities across Brazil. With an initial salary of R$ 5,878.82, the company is reserving 20% of the positions for people with disabilities (PWDs) and 20% for black candidates, aiming for greater inclusion in its workforce. Petrobras will finalize registrations this Wednesday (31) at 6 PM (official Brasilia time) for the scholarship offering 916 positions for technical professionals.

Petrobras Stands Out in Including PWDs and Black Individuals in Its Scholarship

The new Petrobras scholarship is a highlight in the energy market for its inclusive reservations.

In addition to allocating 20% of positions for People with Disabilities (PWDs) and 20% for black candidates, the company has implemented measures to facilitate the participation of PWDs, such as extending the validity of the disability report to 36 months.

Thus, Petrobras offers a benefits package that includes supplementary pension, comprehensive health insurance, educational benefits for dependents, and specific advantages for women and PWDs.

Employees in administrative positions for the technical positions also receive four days off per year for medical appointments for dependents.

Besides the reservations, Petrobras offers additional support for PWDs, such as the option of full telecommuting for those in administrative roles.
