The selected professional for this job position will be responsible for conducting microbiological analyses on finished products and inputs, always in accordance with validated methodologies.

The routine also includes the recording and critical analysis of critical production parameters, the preparation of technical reports, and the verification of product specifications based on current legislation.

Furthermore, the position requires attention to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, following 5S principles.

In case of quality deviations, the Technician will be responsible for conducting investigations using recognized tools, such as HACCP.
