Main Responsibilities of the Fleet Assistant Position:

Provide customer service and clarify questions regarding billing, documentation, and other administrative processes;

Monitor deadlines and client demands related to the vehicle fleet;

Consult and assist in the process of indicating fines not received by drivers;

Ensure that the driver information for the fleet is updated in the system.

Requirements for the Job Opening:

Complete high school education;

Desired experience between 1 and 3 years in the field;

Intermediate knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, tables and charts);

Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) category B;

Desirable experience with fleet management or in the automotive market.

Benefits and Work Schedule as Fleet Assistant:

The hired professional will have a gross monthly salary of R$ 2,728.00, plus the following benefits:

Meal voucher worth R$ 30.78 per day;

Medical and dental assistance.
