Junior Chemical Technician
Required Profile:
Education: Complete High School and Technical Degree in Chemistry;
Important: Previous experience in laboratory analysis routines, metallographic, chemical analyses, and mechanical testing;
Advantage: Knowledge in metrology and sample machining.
Main Activities to Be Developed:
Develop classical, physical, metallographic, and instrumental tests; Conduct tests for resistance, traction, elongation, and Brinell hardness on metallic samples; Prepare metal samples for chemical composition determination by optical emission spectrometry, X-ray fluorescence, and carbon and sulfur analysis;
Perform metallographic testing on cast iron using an optical microscope, testing resale materials, such as screws, nuts, lubricant paste, and raw material testing; Prepare consumption and purchase reports for chemical products; Provide information support for the quality certificate issuance process of products.
