Selection Process Stages: Total Transparency
The selection for the technical instructor position at SENAI will be divided into four phases:
- Curriculum Analysis (Online) – incomplete, illegible, or off-profile resumes will be eliminated right away.
- Verification of Requirements (Online) – only those who present all the documents requested in the announcement will advance.
- Practical/Technical Evaluation (In-Person) – candidates will need to demonstrate technical expertise with three practical topics: TIA Portal and Ladder Logic, electropneumatic system design in FluidSim, and starting with a compensating switch. Minimum score: 6.0 points.
- Interview with Manager and HR (In-Person) – those who pass the technical part will be interviewed by managers and HR. They must also achieve a minimum score of 6.0 points to be classified.
At the end, the classification will be published on the official website of the Fibra System, in the “Work With Us” section.
