Production Operator I
Requirements from Unilever: Completed High School, availability to work the 2nd shift, and participation in daily safety dialogue (DDS) at the beginning of the shift.
Responsibilities: Assist operator 2 in supplying materials, including stocking products in the hoppers and bins of the machines. Other responsibilities include moving materials, weighing, and checking raw materials.

Requirements from Unilever: Completed Higher Education in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. The candidate must have prior experience in logistics and in leading people.

The position includes leading and motivating the team to achieve results, seeking performance improvements, and holding the team accountable for results, recognizing good performances and addressing poor performance issues.

Customer Service Technician
Requirements from Unilever: Completed High School. Previous experience in sales is considered a plus, as well as having a driver’s license. Basic knowledge of Office Suite is also required.
Responsibilities: Ensure efficient execution at the point of sale, including cleaning the cabinet, implementing visibility materials, and applying stickers.
Other responsibilities include supporting customers in transitioning to digital channels, conducting onboarding in digital tools, and monitoring online purchases.
The candidate should also maintain the cabinet’s cleanliness at the point of sale and execute the cabinet planogram according to category guidelines.

Sales Executive
Requirements from Unilever: Higher Education completed or in progress and intermediate knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Responsibilities: Direct customer service, sales, and negotiation. Main functions include managing and monitoring performance (sell-in and sell-out), negotiating based on data analysis, and detailed business management using Unilever’s tools.

Execution Manager
Requirements from Unilever: Must be graduated or currently pursuing a degree and have advanced Excel skills. Holding an active driver’s license category B is essential for the role.
Additionally, it is important that the professional has excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with the team, and experience in management and people development.
Responsibilities: Develop and monitor visit routes, tracking the route and the clients visited by the team to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
Additionally, monitor the volume of check-ins by promoters weekly or biweekly to ensure it aligns with the ordinance and suggest improvements, including corrections of distorted photos and actions outside Unilever’s principles.

Quality Assurance Analyst
Requirements from Unilever: Must have a completed higher education degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Engineering. Knowledge in quality tools is desirable, with Green Belt being a differential. Intermediate knowledge of English and Spanish is also desirable.
Responsibilities: Update and monitor KPIs/OKRs for the area, conduct the routine of blocking raw materials and packaging, and perform critical analyses of processes. They will also support the Manufacturing, Logistics, and Processes areas with information, data, and training.
