Customer Service Technician
Requirements from Unilever: Completed High School. Previous experience in sales is considered a plus, as well as having a driver’s license. Basic knowledge of Office Suite is also required.
Responsibilities: Ensure efficient execution at the point of sale, including cleaning the cabinet, implementing visibility materials, and applying stickers.
Other responsibilities include supporting customers in transitioning to digital channels, conducting onboarding in digital tools, and monitoring online purchases.
The candidate should also maintain the cabinet’s cleanliness at the point of sale and execute the cabinet planogram according to category guidelines.

Responsibilities: Develop and monitor visit routes, tracking the route and the clients visited by the team to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
Additionally, monitor the volume of check-ins by promoters weekly or biweekly to ensure it aligns with the ordinance and suggest improvements, including corrections of distorted photos and actions outside Unilever’s principles.

Quality Assurance Analyst
Requirements from Unilever: Must have a completed higher education degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Engineering. Knowledge in quality tools is desirable, with Green Belt being a differential. Intermediate knowledge of English and Spanish is also desirable.
Responsibilities: Update and monitor KPIs/OKRs for the area, conduct the routine of blocking raw materials and packaging, and perform critical analyses of processes. They will also support the Manufacturing, Logistics, and Processes areas with information, data, and training.
