Requirements Required by JSL: Completed Elementary School and proven experience with articulated vehicles.

Electrician

Responsibilities: Execute maintenance and electro-electronic installation services on vehicles and equipment.
In addition, he/she should perform preventive and corrective maintenance on these vehicles and equipment, as well as install electro-electronic systems and components as needed.

Maintenance Assistant
Requirements Required by JSL: Incomplete Elementary School and basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and electricity. Familiarity with the Office suite is required.
Responsibilities: Support mechanics in performing maintenance services on light and heavy vehicles.
His/her activities will include using PPE, contributing to the maintenance of engines, equipment, and parts of motor vehicles, and assisting in the cleaning and organization of the workplace.
He/she will also help in replacing parts, repairing, and testing the performance of components and systems of vehicles.

Logistics Assistant
Requirements Required by JSL: Degree in Administration or related areas. The candidate must have knowledge of team management and intermediate Excel. Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities: Control of collections and maintenance of related spreadsheets. He/she will lead aggregated drivers and maintain direct communication with clients about routes and operational routines.
The coordinator will also be responsible for customer service, ensuring peace of mind and safety in transportation.

Human Resources Analyst
Requirements Required by JSL: Degree in Psychology and active CRP. Experience with psychological testing is desirable.
Responsibilities: Work with psychological tests and the selection process for Agribusiness personnel, ensuring the hiring of qualified professionals for key positions.
Additionally, he/she should develop succession strategies for key positions and internal selection processes for promotions and transfers, through interviews and specific tests.

Light Vehicle Driver
Requirements Required by JSL: National Driver’s License in categories B, C, D, or E and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a driver. It is desirable that the candidate has completed High School.
Responsibilities: Transport people and/or products in general and perform basic checks and maintenance on the vehicle.
Other responsibilities include maneuvering vehicles, checking the vehicle’s documentation, and applying defensive and economical driving.
The professional must ensure that the objectives and goals of the area are met, perform tasks as defined in operational controls, suggest improvements in activities, and carry out the vehicle checklist.
