According to Saipem, it is important for candidates to have knowledge of pipe-laying vessels and/or operations related to offshore construction, with an understanding of mobilizations and demobilizations of offshore construction vessels. Proficiency in lifting equipment, rigging drawings, lift plans (onshore and offshore), and advanced English knowledge is required.
