October 10, 2017, is the last day to submit your resume; after that, it won’t be useful anymore.

Before Sending Your Resume, Read This Paragraph

We know how this crisis has hit the oil and gas sector hard in Brazil, causing difficulties in professional reintegration and frustrations, which leads us to send resumes relentlessly to various companies without even meeting their qualification requirements; we understand that. But we want to say that this practice is useless, and many companies end up blocking your emails because of it. When a real opportunity arises that you fit, the companies will be unable to receive it because you will be blocked in their system. So only send applications for positions that you truly qualify for and in a way that HR can immediately see what kind of professional you are, for example:

1) In the subject field of the email, include the desired position, name, and city of residence;

2) In the body of the message, a brief text about your main experiences related to the position you are applying for. This will make it easier for the HR professional and your resume will be considered for the process.

3) Avoid frauds like “cooking your work card” because companies now have ways to check your CNIS and see if you actually worked in that position or not, besides being a crime of ideological falsification to make this change in the CLT.
