Selection Process Stages

- Practical Test: Only candidates for the positions of automotive electrician and mechanic, in their various specialties, will participate in this phase. The practical exam aims to evaluate technical competence in real work situations.
- Theoretical Exam: Required only for candidates for the positions of infrastructure supervisor, maintenance coordinator, and mechanics supervisor, the theoretical exam will serve to measure conceptual and technical knowledge.
These evaluations are scheduled to take place on November 28 and 29, with an additional date on December 2, offering flexibility for participants.
