A Promising Future with Attractive Benefits
Vale emphasizes that the trainee program is not limited to a job offer, but is also an opportunity to be part of a company committed to sustainable transformation and the socioeconomic development of the regions where it operates. Mining plays a crucial role in the energy transition and global decarbonization, and Vale is at the forefront of this movement.

Continuous Development and Inclusion
With a 12-month development journey, the program offers 70% practical learning. Trainees will face real challenges and participate in projects that will directly impact the company’s operations. In 2024, for example, 57% of selected trainees in Brazil were women, and 66% identified as Black or Brown, highlighting Vale’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
