The company opened applications on Tuesday (13) for its anticipated Trainee Program 2025, with over 40 vacancies available in various strategic areas.

The Vale Trainee Program 2025 is primarily aimed at the company’s operations in the states of Pará and Maranhão, focusing on mining, projects, and base metals.

Vale emphasizes that the trainee program is not limited to a job offer, but is also an opportunity to be part of a company committed to sustainable transformation and the socioeconomic development of the regions where it operates. Eduarda Fernandes, a civil engineer and current Vale trainee, shared her experience, stating that “working at Vale has been a daily evolution of learning and, mainly, self-discovery. Every day I am positively challenged, overcoming my personal and professional barriers,” she emphasizes.

Prerequisites and Stages of the Selection Process

Interested candidates must have completed a higher education degree in engineering or geology between December 2021 and December 2024. There is no age limit, and prior professional experience is not required. The vacancies are for on-site work at Vale units in Pará and Maranhão.

The selection process will take place between August and December 2024, with initial stages online and a final panel in person. The hiring of selected candidates is expected to take place in January and February 2025.
